Associate of Arts and Science Programs.
Western’s AA and AS transfer programs are designed to help you on the path to a bachelor’s degree. They’re the perfect foundation for growing your experience in your education.
When you apply for the Associate of Arts program, you will gain knowledge and experiences designed to support transfer into the humanities, business, and social sciences.
Applying for the Associate of Sciences program will support transfer into the natural, physical, material, and medical sciences. Choose courses that emphasize your personal goals.

Course-by-course is a great, cost-effective way to get a start on your bachelor’s degree if you’re not sure what major you want to pursue. Choose from higher-level general studies courses within either AA or AS programs that apply to a variety of degrees and transfer to almost ANY four-year university.
