Western Technical College Business Management hosted Suits for Success, an event that offers free, gently used professional clothing, on Wednesday, March 6.
The event, which was open to the public, offered new or gently used professional clothing, including suits, blouses, sweaters, dresses, and dress shoes. There was also be a tie tying demonstration and an opportunity to have a professional photo taken.
“Not everyone has access to professional clothing,” said Kari Reyburn, Community Engagement coordinator at Western Technical College. “This event is designed to help students and the public get a head start on finding that perfect job.”
The event took in more donations than ever, and officials say event attracted about 200 attendees.
