We have our final staff profile of the spring term! Today, we feature Ann Lichliter.
-What do you do on campus?
I am the Program Chair and instructor for the Human Services Associate program.
-Where is your favorite place at Western?
I have many favorite places on campus. I love the Human Services classroom (Coleman 301). Here is where I really get to know my students. I also love Project Proven, Cavalier Cupboard and the other helping services at the Welcome Center. I am very grateful that we have resources on our campus to help our students succeed.
-What are your hobbies?
During my free time, I love to hike, kayak, camp, read, paint, cook, and do yoga.
-Advice for students?
My advice for students is to reach out to your faculty immediately when life throws you a curve ball. Don’t wait until things snowball. We know that life can get in the way of students’ success. We will try to help if you let us. Please let us!
Thank you for sharing, Ann! We will have more profiles when fall classes begin!
